The Bungalow 100 is ideal for anyone looking for a house for their entire life. With around 100 square meters of living space, it is not too small for a young family, but also not too big for a married couple in their golden years.

The open-plan living, cooking and dining area is the center of family life. Here we cook, laugh and relax together. The floor-to-ceiling windows not only let in lots of light, but also allow various accesses to the garden. Whether from the kitchen or from the sofa, your oasis of well-being in the countryside is always just a few steps away. The integrated wardrobe in the hallway is particularly practical and space-saving. There are also various living areas that can be separated off with (glass) doors if desired.

The district of Rurberg with its approx. 900 inhabitants belongs to the municipality of Simmerath. The nearest shops are either in Simmerath, which is the central town in the municipality and is approx. 8 km away, or in Monschau-Imgenbroich (13 km). In both places there are also doctors, pharmacies and banks as well as numerous jobs in the areas of crafts, production and services. The only hospital in the Monschau region is also located in Simmerath.

There is a kindergarten in the town itself. The nearest primary school is in Simmerath-Steckenborn, 7 km away. Secondary schools are located in Simmerath and Monschau.

Various hiking trails (e.g. the Rursee-Höhenweg) and cycle paths (riverside paths, Eifel-Höhen-Route, etc.) lead through Rurberg. The town is also located directly on Lake Rursee, where numerous water sports activities such as sailing, surfing and much more are offered.
